2010 (So.): Named to the Big South Presidential Honor Roll … added depth to the Flames' roster at 174 and 184 pounds … competed in two events … dropped contests in Brockport/Oklahoma Gold Tournament (11/14) to Buffalo's Brian Sheehan (Dec./0-7) and Army's Jake Vetter (Major Dec./2-11).
2009 (Fr.): Named to the Big South Presidential Honor Roll … finished his first season with the Flames with a 2-5 record … saw time on the mat in three different weight classes (165, 174 and 184 pounds) … finished the Spartan Invitational with a 2-2 record … both of his victories at the Spartan Invitational were by fall … recorded a first-period pin (1:17) against Apprentice's Anthony Damico … followed with a victory by fall over Del Val's Zack Marlatt (4:57).
Prep: Graduated from Bellarmine College Preparatory in San Jose, Calif. … was a four-year letterwinner, wrestling at a different weight class each year … posted a 73.2 high school winning percentage as he was 115-42 for the Bellarmine Bells … was 20-17 as a freshman at 130 pounds … posted his best winning percentage (80.0 percent) with a 20-5 mark as a sophomore at 140 pounds … was 36-10 as a junior at 160 pounds … dropped back a weight class during his senior year, posting a 39-10 mark at 152 pounds.
