My mother, Courtney Jones, played volleyball and basketball at Emory and Henry University. My father, Travis Jones, played football at Emory and Henry University. My sister, Rhyann Jones, is a senior at UNCG playing softball.

- Enters sophomore season ranked eighth in program history in both the 1000 freestyle (10:16.15) and 1650 freestyle (17:00.92), while ranking ninth in 500 freestyle (4:52.63)
- Earned A Finals appearances in the 500 free and 200 backstroke at the American Conference Championship,
- Took nearly 4.5 seconds off of her lifetime best in the 500 free during prelims at conference meet, qualifying in 4:52.63 before placing eighth in A Final with a time of 4:54.58
