Student-Athlete Q&A
What made Liberty University the right place for you to attend college/compete at the collegiate level?
I attended Radford University for my first two years, it didn’t feel like home, so I decided to transfer back home and continue my education and continue jumping at Liberty and it just felt right and felt like a family.
Is there anything special you do pregame or postgame and why?
I hang out with my teammates and pray before and after, I just tell myself my performance doesn’t define me and to just have fun.
Who in your life inspires you and why are they such an inspiration?
My mom inspires me because she is a hard worker and always finds a way to make things happen. Also, my teammates, we all have our own battles and they are so uplifting in every situation and always in high spirits knowing we are all here to be Christ followers and to not let our performance define us.
What is your most memorable athletic moment/accomplishment?
Winning 4 state championships my senior year in high school.
What is your favorite hobby outside of athletics?
Playing with my dogs and going to the gym.
Do you have any current pets (name and type of animal)?
I have three Cane Corsos, Devoss, Nala, and Kora.
What is your dream vacation spot and why?
Bora Bora is my dream vacation.
