• ASUN heptathlon runner-up with a personal-best score of 4,545. He set personal bests in all seven events of the competition, highlighted by the high jump (6-2.25) and pole vault (14-6.25).
• One month earlier, he had made his collegiate debut with a fourth-place heptathlon finish at the Liberty Kickoff, scoring 4,334 points.
