2011 (R-Sr.): Closed his Liberty career with a bang during the indoor track season … won three 5K races, including the Big South final … lowered his personal best to 14:12.61 in his final race, while placing fourth in the IC4A 5K … also improved his 3K time to 8:26.55 at the Sykes-Sabock Challenge Cup … made the Big South All-Academic team … Cross Country: Finished third at the Big South meet, joining Josh McDougal as the only Liberty runners ever to win four All-Big South cross country laurels … also named Big South Scholar-Athlete of the Year for the second time in his career … wrapped up his collegiate cross country career with a 15th-place finish at the NCAA Division I Southeast Regional Championship, grabbing all-region honors … had the opportunity to pair up with younger brother Caleb for a third-place finish at the Virginia Tech Cross Country Relays … made the USTFCCCA Division I Cross Country All-Academic team for the second time in his career.

2010 (Sr.): Ran five 5K races during the indoor track campaign, closing the year with a trio of sub-14:30 efforts … won the college section of the Tyson Invitational 5K … Big South indoor 5K runner-up … placed fourth in the IC4A indoor 5K final … notched a season-best 14:20.86 clocking at the IC4A meet ranks … qualified for the first-ever NCAA Preliminary Round meet, after running a personal-best 29:39.68 10K at the Payton Jordan Cardinal Invitational … that makes him the fourth-fastest performer in program history … placed third in the Big South 10K … notched an outdoor personal-best 14:19.36 5K at the Raleigh Relays, climbing up to No. 5 all-time at Liberty in that event as well … made the Big South All-Academic team for both indoor and outdoor track … Cross Country: Redshirted the season … Big South Presidential Honor Roll.

2009 (Jr.): Big South 10K runner-up for the second straight season … moved up a spot from 2008, taking fifth place in the IC4A 10K final … posted a then personal-best 5K time of 14:29.83 at the Liberty Twilight Qualifier … Cross Country: Placed 18th at the NCAA Division I Southeast Regional Championships, earning all-region honors … posted his best-ever finish (fourth) at the Big South meet, winning his third straight All-Big South honor in cross country … voted Big South Men's Cross Country Scholar-Athlete of the Year … included on the USTFCCCA All-Academic team for cross country … Big South Presidential Honor Roll.

2008 (So.): Ran to a runner-up finish in the Big South outdoor 10K … finished sixth at 10,000 meters at the IC4A outdoor championship … placed fourth in the 5K at the Big South indoor meet … Cross Country: Won the Virginia Tech Invitational in course-record time, earning Big South Runner of the Week distinction … finished sixth at the Big South cross country meet to win All-Big South honors for the second straight year … made the Big South All-Academic team for cross country … member of the Big South Presidential Honor Roll.

2007 (Fr.): Big South Men's Freshman of the Year for indoor track, after finishing second in the 5K and seventh in the 3K … placed fourth in the Big South outdoor 10K … Cross Country: Took ninth at the Big South cross country meet … ended up sixth at the USATF Junior Cross Country Championships, earning the right to represent the U.S. at the World Junior Cross Country Championships in Kenya … made the Big South Presidential Honor Roll.

Prep: Attended Cooperstown Central School as a senior after being home schooled for 11 years … finished second at the New York Class D State Cross Country Meet.

Personal: Son of Dr. Lee and Jean Edmonds … younger brother Caleb is also a member of the Liberty track & field team … graduated with a criminal justice major and is now working toward a master's degree … birthday is Jan. 8.
