2007 Cross Country (R-Jr.): Narrowly missed qualifying for the NCAA Division I Cross Country Championships, after placing 16th in a personal-best 10K effort of 30:27.45 at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships … finished as the Big South runner-up.
2007 (R-So.): Defended his Big South indoor 5,000-meter title and was the 3,000-meter runner-up … picked up a pair of second-place finishes at the outdoor Big South meet, in the 1,500 meters and 10K … placed third in the Penn Relays 5K, in a personal-best time of 14:00.14 … crossed the line third at the Big South Cross Country Championships.
2006 (R-Fr.): Won the Big South indoor 5K crown in a meet-record time (14:29.74) and added a runner-up finish in the 3K … was a double winner at the Big South outdoor meet, claiming victory in the 5K and 10K and finishing second at 1,500 meters … Penn Relays 5K runner-up … placed fifth at the USATF Junior Cross Country Championships, earning a trip to Japan for the World Championships.
2005 (Fr.): Redshirted the season … placed fourth at the USATF Junior National Championships in the 5,000 meters.
Prep: Home schooled … placed 23rd at the Foot Locker Northeast Regional Cross Country Championships.
