2008 (R-Jr.): Garnered a pair of All-Big South honors on the track, placing third in both the indoor 3K and outdoor steeplechase … won the steeplechase at the Duke Twilight, moving up to No. 5 on Liberty's all-time performance list and qualifying for the regional meet … named Big South Men's Track & Field Athlete of the Week, following his victory at Duke … closed out his cross country career by earning all-region honors with a 20th-place finish at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships claimed his third All-Big South cross country honor by placing third at the conference meet … cruised to a 34-second victory at the Longwood Invitational, winning Big South Runner of the Week honors on Sept. 19 as a result … Big South Presidential Honor Roll member.
