What made Liberty University the right place for you to attend college/compete at the collegiate level?
The community and coaching staff really felt like a family, and I wouldn’t trade my choice for anything in the world.
Is there anything special you do pregame or postgame and why?
I pray to the Lord because He writes my story.
Who in your life inspires you and why are they such an inspiration?
My father, because he competed at the collegiate level and was successful.
What is your most memorable athletic moment/accomplishment?
Getting to the state championship.
If you picked your jersey/uniform number, why is that number important to you?
23 is important to me, because a high school friend really helped me through the sport and he used to wear 23.

- Earned numerous recognitions as a senior: FACA Class 7A District 11 Player of the year, Metro Player of the Year, Class 7A Player of the Year, all-Metro first team, first team all-state, Orlando Sentinel Player of the Year and Windermere High School Athlete of the Year
- Averaged 18.8 points, 10.0 rebounds and 2.4 blocks per game as a senior
- Guided his squad to metro, district and regional titles as well as a state runner-up finish
- Helped Windermere post a 26-6 overall record during 2024-25 season
- Set a new school single-game record with 40 points during senior year
- Named first team all-state selection and Player of the Year runner-up during junior season
- Averaged 19.8 points, 8.6 rebounds and 3.2 blocks per game while shooting 60 percent from the field
- Helped the Windermere Wolverines post a 20-9 record and advance to the regional semifinals during 2023-24 campaign
- Guided the Wolverines to a 21-8 mark and regional final berth while averaging 2.7 ppg, 3.3 rpg and 1.2 bpg as a sophomore
- Also played for E1T1 Rebels, Loyalty United and 1 Family
- Son of Jessie and DeeDee Drain
