What made Liberty University the right place for you to attend college/compete at the collegiate level?
The facilities were top tear but mostly just the staff and the players were just so genuine, and we shared similar beliefs and goals.
Is there anything special you do pregame or postgame and why?
I just listen to music.
Who in your life inspires you and why are they such an inspiration?
My mom inspires me because she sacrificed so much for me and my brothers growing up to get us to where we are today in life, and she showed us how to grind and work hard for what we want in life.
What is your most memorable athletic moment/accomplishment?
Winning a conference championship with my team and winning conference player of the year.
If you picked your jersey/uniform number, why is that number important to you?
2 is just my favorite number.
Favorite meal (breakfast/lunch/dinner) and what is that special meal?
Hibachi steak and fried rice (with yum yum sauce).
What is the first app you check on your phone each day?
Instagram is the first app I check.
What is your favorite hobby outside of athletics?
I like to watch movies a lot.

Derrick rose

My sneakers because I just love them so much.

What is your dream vacation spot and why?
Sandals St. Vincent of the Virgin Islands is my dream vacation.
- Played for three seasons at Arkansas Tech, appearing in 88 games (69 starts)
- Averaged 15.0 ppg and 5.2 rpg in those three years and scored 1,321 points
- Started all 32 games for Arkansas Tech (Division II) during 2023-24 season and averaged a team-best 18.5 points, 5.8 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game while leading his team to the Great American Conference (GAC) Championship title and a share of the regular season title
- Earned GAC Player of the Year honors and was a unanimous All-GAC first team selection
- Named to the Division II Conference Commissioner’s Association (D2CCA) All-Central Region first team during 2023-24 campaign
- Shot 49.9 percent from the field and hit 40.1 percent (81-of-198) of his three-pointers while shooting 86.8 percent from the foul line for a 25-7 Arkansas Tech squad
- Received five GAC Player of the Week awards in last season at Arkansas Tech
- Scored in double figures in all but two games during 2023-24 season, had at least 20 points 16 times and eclipsed the 30-point mark on two occasions
- Matched a career-high with 33 points in the Arkansas Tech Wonder Boys’ 87-81 road triumph at Arkansas-Monticello on Nov. 30
- Tabbed to All-GAC second team during 2022-23 season and was a two-time GAC Player of the Week
- Averaged 15.5 points, 5.5 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game
- Averaged 10.0 ppg and 4.0 rpg in his first year with Arkansas Tech (2021-22)
- Began his collegiate career at Tennessee Tech, where he appeared in six games during the 2020-21 campaign

- Earned numerous awards during his senior season, including: Class 5A West Player of the Year, River Valley Now Player of the Year and an Arkansas Basketball Coaches Association Top-5 Player
- Led his team to a 23-6 record as a senior and propelled the Russellville Crimson Cyclones to back-to-back Class 5A-West Conference titles as a junior and a senior
- Averaged 16.0 ppg, 6.0 rpg, 3.0 apg and 2.0 apg while shooting 54.0 percent from the floor and 38.0 percent from three-point range as a senior
- Earned spots on the Class 5 All-State team and All-5A West Conference team during his final season
- Also competed in track & field in high school, broke the Russellville High School high jump record
