2008 (R-Jr.): Saw playing time in 10 games … started against Charleston Southern, helping the Flames pick up one of two Big South shutout victories on the year, 42-0 … used mostly in blocking schemes, helping paving the way for Liberty's potent rushing attack that finished the year ranked No. 9 in total offense (446.67 yards per game), No. 12 in rushing offense (213.50 rushing yards per game) and No. 17 in scoring offense (33.67 points per contest) … caught one pass on the year, a 14-yard reception against Gardner-Webb, helping the Flames seal a second Big South championship … one of the leaders on the Flames' special teams units, finishing the year with nine total tackles (two solo and seven assisted) … had two assisted stops during the Flames season opener against North Greenville … added three additional shared tackles the following weekend against Glenville State.
2007 (R-So.): Saw playing time in all 11 games during his first year with the program … used heavily as a part of the Flames special teams units … helped Liberty finish the year nationally ranked No. 8 in punt returns (14.24 yards per return) and No. 10 in kickoff returns (23.66 yards per return) … also helped Dominic Bolden rank No. 2 in the country in kickoff returns (32.0 yard per return) and Wynton Jackson No. 10 in punt returns (13.4) … recorded eight tackles on the year … posted half the total in one game, finishing with four assisted stops against St. Francis, Pa. … added assisted tackles against Charleston Southern and VMI … also had a kickoff return for 15 yards against VMI … solo stop and an assisted tackle against Presbyterian.
