• Played on both sides of the field as a senior (wide receiver and cornerback)
• Finished his senior year with eight receptions, four of which went for a touchdown

• Also excelled in track & field in high school as a four-year letterwinner
• Was a four-time state qualifier in track & field and part of two state championship teams
• Set a program record in the 400 meters and was part of a record-setting 4×100 meter relay team
