What made Liberty University the right place for you to attend college/compete at the collegiate level?
The coaching staff made me feel like I was a part of a family and Liberty has a lot of good people I’d like to be around.
Is there anything special you do pregame or postgame and why?
I do ice bath, hydrate, and stretch the night before each game. I listen to chill music a few hours before the game and right before the game I get turned up, to get my adrenaline flowing. I also pray before every game on the line of the endzone facing the field I’m about to play on.
Who in your life inspires you and why are they such an inspiration?
My parents inspire me because they are hardworking people and work for everything they have, and for all the sacrifices they made for me to get where I'm at today.
What is your most memorable athletic moment/accomplishment?
My high school career and the impact I had on the youth/community.
If you picked your jersey/uniform number, why is that number important to you?
21 just fell into my hands going into my sophomore year, and that’s when my career started to heat up. I wear it because I want to make that a number little kids would want to wear.
Favorite meal (breakfast/lunch/dinner) and what is that special meal?
Granny’s gravy and biscuits with sausage for breakfast, high protein meal with fruits or vegetables for lunch, mom’s burrito for dinner. Any one of my mom’s sliders for the special meal.
What is the first app you check on your phone each day?
Bible app to check the verse for the day.
What is your favorite hobby outside of athletics?
A few things I like to do when I’m not playing football are working out, playing golf, fishing, and traveling.
Who was your favorite athlete growing up?
Marshawn Lynch and Barry Sanders.
What is your favorite possession and why?
My PlayStation is my favorite possession because I get to play the game with my brother and uncle.
What is your Go-To karaoke song?
Whatever fits the vibe.
What is your dream vacation spot and why?
The Maldives is my dream vacation, or anywhere on a beach with my girlfriend because it’s always a good time at the beach.
