What made Liberty University the right place for you to attend college/compete at the collegiate level?
The coaching staff and the campus, as well as the community and support system Liberty offers.

Is there anything special you do pregame or postgame and why?
I play chess before every game in the locker room, it helps me lock into focused competition.

Who in your life inspires you and why are they such an inspiration?
My father because I have never seen anyone with a harder work ethic, as well as my little brothers and sister because I want them to look up to me as a role model.

What is your most memorable athletic moment/accomplishment?
When I won the football state championship my sophomore year of high school, and winning the CUSA Conference Championship in 2023.

If you picked your jersey/uniform number, why is that number important to you?
It’s been my lucky number since I was a kid.

Do you have any relatives who are playing or have played college or professional sports? (Names, relation to you, what/where they played)?
My dad, Lee Burklow played basketball at Freed-Hardeman University.

Favorite meal (breakfast/lunch/dinner) and what is that special meal?
Either a steak dinner or my mom’s chicken and dumplings.

Apple Music is the first app I open daily.

Robert Griffin III.

My chain because my dad passed it down to me when I started college.
