Student-Athlete Q&A
What made Liberty University the right place for you to attend college/compete at the collegiate level?
I’ve always wanted to play at Liberty ever since I was in elementary school.
Who in your life inspires you and why are they such an inspiration?
My Mom, because she grew up in Somalia and came to the US only with a few of her siblings while her parents were still in Somalia. She’s worked so hard to get everything she has no and she is the strongest person I know and her love for Jesus is so inspiring and contagious.
What is your most memorable athletic moment/accomplishment?
Going 10-0 in the regular season with my team my senior year than making a run in the playoffs to the region semifinals.
