2008 (R-Fr.): Saw playing time in nine out of 12 games … finished fifth on the team in scoring (33 points) … ranked second on the team in kickoffs, averaging 58.2 yards per attempt (18 kickoffs for 1,048 yards) … shared point after attempts with Matt Bevins and Paul Young … knocked down 18-of-19 PATs on the year … finished the season 5-of-6 on field goal attempts … helped the Flames to a three-point road victory over Western Carolina, knocking down 2-of-3 field goal attempts and a PAT … was a perfect 4-of-4 on PAT against Presbyterian, beginning a streak where he finished the year by hitting 14-consecutive PATs … scored a season-high nine points by hitting 2-of-2 field goals and 3-of-3 PATs in Liberty’s 30-10 victory over Gardner-Webb to wrap up another unbeaten Big South season … was named Big South Special Teams Player of the Week following his performance against Gardner-Webb.
Prep: Was a two-year varsity starter at Venice High School … four-year starter in total, as he started for the freshman team as a freshman, the junior varsity team as a sophomore and at the varsity level this last two years ... posted a perfect 100.0 kicking percentage on PATs at the varsity level … missed just one field goal attempts as a junior and was perfect during his senior year … was named to the country all-star game during his senior year.
