Is there anything special you do pregame or postgame and why?
I usually drink a cup of Joe pregame
Who in your life inspires you and why are they such an inspiration?
My mentors, family, friends and coaches
What is your most memorable athletic moment/accomplishment?
Either the 2020 OHSAA Cross Country Division 1 State Champion (14:59) or 2021 OHSAA Cross Country Division 1 3200 champion (9:00)
Favorite meal (breakfast/lunch/dinner) and what is that special meal?
A peanut butter banana bagel with honey on top.
Do you have any current pets (name and type of animal)?
We have four Golden Retrievers Penny ,Weasel, Pinetree and KillaMilla.
Who was your favorite athlete growing up?
It is Steve Prefontaine.
What is your Go-To karaoke song?
I pick My Heart Will Go On.
What is your dream vacation spot and why?
The mountains in Europe.

- Both of his outdoor races resulted in personal bests before his season was halted due to injury
- Clocked 30:34.26 at the Raleigh Relays 10K
- Posted a 14:18.24 in the Bryan Clay Invitational 5K
- CUSA Commissioner’s Honor Roll member
2023-24 Indoor Track & Field (Jr.)
- Earned All-CUSA honors with a third-place 3K finish, while coming in fifth in the 5K
- Top performance of the regular season was a personal-best 8:16.51 for fourth in the Penn State National Open 3K
2023 Cross Country (Jr.)
- Stepped up as the Flames’ No. 2 runner at the CUSA Championship, placing ninth overall for second team All-CUSA honors
- His first race as a Liberty Flame resulted in a seventh-place finish at the Eye Opener.

- Spent two years at Walsh (2021-23)
- Placed 40th at the 2022 NCAA Division II Cross Country Championships as Walsh finished 18th as a team for the second year in a row
- During both years at Walsh, finished third at the Great Midwest Cross Country Championships to help his team capture back-to-back conference titles
- Best Great Midwest finish on the track was fourth in the 2023 indoor 5K
- Top times included 4:09.15 (mile), 8:26.32 (3K), 14:26.59 (5K), 23:57.4 (cross country 8K) and 30:31.0 (cross country 10K)
