Student-Athlete Q&A
What made Liberty University the right place for you to attend college/compete at the collegiate level?
One thing that really stood out to me was how welcoming the team and coaches were! I also wanted to go to a school where I could strengthen my faith while still competing at a high level. Liberty seemed like the perfect combination of both!
Is there anything special you do pregame or postgame and why?
Pre-race: Look for trash cans near the finish line. Post-race: Throw up in the trash cans near the finish line.
What is your most memorable athletic moment/accomplishment?
Winning the state cross country championship my senior year. It was a goal of mine for years, and to finally get the win was really special!
Do you have any relatives who are playing or have played college or professional sports? (Names, relation to you, what/where they played)?
My parents both ran Track and XC at Cedarville University, and my sister ran Track and XC at Hillsdale College!
What is the first app you check on your phone each day?
Instagram
Do you have any current pets (name and type of animal)?
