What made Liberty University the right place for you to attend college/compete at the collegiate level?
I chose to attend Liberty University because I wanted to choose a college that would bring me closer to the Lord as they worked to improve my athletic performance. Coach Isaac and the Liberty distance program are committed to growing a God-honoring group of talented runners.

Is there anything special you do pregame or postgame and why?
I pray before and after races, to calm my mind and remember that it is a blessing to run, not my own doing, but a gift of God.

Who in your life inspires you and why are they such an inspiration?
My father is an inspiration to me. He is a godly man who works hard to care for and aid others and leads my family well.

What is your most memorable athletic moment/accomplishment?
My most memorable athletic moment would be winning states in the 1600m my junior year. It was a school record time, and it was a huge blessing to be able to fully utilize my ability and hard work to upset a star-studded field of athletes.

If you picked your jersey/uniform number, why is that number important to you?
4...2+2=4, 2x2=4, 2^2=4...you can do lots of stuff with 4. My name starts with the 4th letter in the alphabet. I sadly don't get a number for track or XC though.

Favorite meal (breakfast/lunch/dinner) and what is that special meal?
Breakfast, pancakes, an omelet, some orange juice, and maybe some fruit on the side. I wouldn't hate bacon or sausage with that either, and maybe a piece or two of buttered toast.

What is the first app you check on your phone each day?
It is probably Strava

What is your favorite hobby outside of athletics?
I like Basketball.

Who was your favorite athlete growing up?
I would say it had to be Travis Etienne Jr.

What is your favorite possession and why?
It is too hard to pick...I'll say a Bible because that's the only thing that I need.

What is your Go-To karaoke song?
Get a group of boys and sing "Highwayman"

What is your dream vacation spot and why?
It is Creede, Colorado. My family has a history of going on vacation there, so it has some nostalgic memories. It is beautiful, high in the Rocky Mountains, and shows the "rugged mountain grandeur" of God's creation.
