What made Liberty University the right place for you to attend college/compete at the collegiate level?
Being at a place where I could grow in my faith through athletics and academics is really important to me.
Who in your life inspires you and why are they such an inspiration?
My parents inspire me because they have always been an example to me of how to live my life and use my talents to serve God.
What is your most memorable athletic moment/accomplishment?
Holding the national record in the outdoor mile for fifteen minutes.
If you picked your jersey/uniform number, why is that number important to you?
I would choose 7 because it is my lucky number.
Do you have any relatives who are playing or have played college or professional sports? (Names, relation to you, what/where they played)?
My parents both ran for LU's Cross Country and Track team as well as several of my uncles. One of my aunts played soccer for LU.
Favorite meal (breakfast/lunch/dinner) and what is that special meal?
I love lasagna or any type of spaghetti.
What is the first app you check on your phone each day?
My Garmin app
What is your favorite hobby outside of athletics?
I love traveling and hiking.
Do you have any current pets (name and type of animal)?
I have a dog named Mickey.
Who was your favorite athlete growing up?
My mom.
What is your dream vacation spot and why?
I want to go to Italy to eat the food, and I want to go to France to see Paris and hike in the mountains.

- Placed 23rd in the 1,500 prelims at the NCAA Championships as one of only two freshmen to advance to Eugene in the event
- Qualified to Eugene with a 4:09.76 1,500 at the NCAA Division I East First Rounds meet, shattering her mother’s program record from 2002 by five seconds and making her the eighth U.S. U20 women’s runner ever to break 4:10
- CUSA 1,500 champion and sixth-place 800 finisher
- Her 2:07.31 800 at The Hill City Twilight set a Liberty freshman record and sits No. 8 in program history.

- Two-time CUSA Women’s Freshman of the Week (Jan. 21 and Feb. 18)
- Set two program records (9:07.33 3K at Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener and 11:21.25 DMR at Penn State National Open)
- Also set Liberty freshman standards for the 1,000 (2:45.63 at Virginia Tech Invitational) and mile (4:36.68 at David Hemery Valentine Invitational). Both marks rank No. 2 in program history.
2024 Cross Country (Fr.)
- Became the third Lady Flames freshman ever to earn all-region honors, placing 20th overall (fifth among freshmen) at the NCAA Division I Southeast Regional Championships
- Clocked a 6K personal-best 20:08.1 for third place at the CUSA meet and first team All-CUSA honors, crossing the finish line just 2.8 seconds behind the race winner
- 2-time CUSA Women’s Runner of the Week (Sept. 24, Oct. 8)
- 3-time CUSA Women’s Freshman of the Week (Sept. 3, Sept. 24 and Oct. 8)
- Served as Liberty’s No. 1 runner in back-to-back races (seventh place at adidas XC Challenge and 16th at Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational)
