TAILGATE TENT OPTIONS FOR FOOTBALL GAME DAYS
Get fired up for game day with friends and family in Tailgate Town sponsored by Frank Good Builders and let us do all the work! Located right outside Gate 1 of Williams Stadium, take tailgating to the next level with different size tent options, tables, and chairs. Join in the excitement immediately when you arrive to your already set-up tailgate package.
Each tailgate includes a tent, table(s), chairs, (1) parking pass to easily bring your own items, and some helpful hands to unload your car or truck. Each tent will also have a personalized yard sign with your family or company’s name (must be confirmed by Monday prior to game).
Catering is not included, so feel free to bring your own food, grill or reach out to the Flames Club to use our catering partners with drop off access (see info below).
Tailgate Town sponsored by Frank Good Builders opens at 8 AM on game day and closes at the start of the game, including weekday games.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
If the football game plays, tailgating continues. Refunds will not be accommodated for weather unless the football game is cancelled.

Tailgate Town partners include Chick-Fil-A (Wards Rd. and Timberlake Rd.), Mission BBQ, County Smoak, and Slim Chickens.
Chick-Fil-A catering deadline is Wednesday prior to Saturday's game. Or 3 days prior to a mid-week game. Orders can be placed online or by phone (434) 239-2557 (Wards Rd.) or (434) 237-2354 (Timberlake Rd.) Please include Tailgate Town in the comments online or over the phone.
Mission BBQ catering deadline is Thursday at 4 p.m. prior to Saturday's game. Or 2 days prior to a mid-week game. Orders can be placed by calling (540) 858-5999. The catering menu can be found here.
County Smoak catering deadline is 48 hours prior to game day. Orders can be placed by emailing catering@countysmoak.com.
Slim Chickens catering deadline is 3 business days before the next game. Email catering@liberty.edu to order and view a menu.
