Time now for Today's Liberty Flames Minute! Brought to you by Select Bank for this Tuesday, June 4, 2024, I'm Nick Pierce.
This year's Conference USA Football Kickoff is scheduled for Tuesday, July 23rd in Frisco, Texas. The Liberty Flames will send head coach Jamey Chadwell, quarterback and last year's league MVP Kaidon Salter and safety Quinton Reese. The event will include all ten head coaches from CUSA, players from each school and conference commissioner Judy MacLeod. The Liberty Flames Sports Network will announce coverage details in the coming weeks.
The Flames have arrived in Eugene, Ore. for this year's NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships. Six Liberty student-athletes will compete at nationals, beginning Wednesday going through Saturday. Stay tuned to www.LibertyFlames.com for a preview and updates.
Also, Flames golfer Josh Ryan is part of the PING 2024 All-Region Team. Ryan is one of 25 golfers to make the All-Region East team after also winning Conference USA Golfer of the Year.
