The Flames remain among the unbeatens in college football. Saturday night, Liberty throttled FIU, 38-6 in Miami to pick up a Conference USA win and move to 4-0. The Flames defense led the way with a pair of takeaways.
That's Alan York from the Liberty Flames Sports Network on the call. Liberty continues to lead the nation with 12 turnovers and 10 interceptions. The Flames are off this week and are now 2-0 in CUSA.
Liberty's women's soccer team also stays undefeated with another win on Sunday. Liberty shutout Sam Houston, 6-0 for a Conference USA win in Lynchburg. Saydie Holland netted two goals for the Flames, who improve to 10-0.
