Flames football is picked to finish second in this year's Conference USA preseason poll. Liberty had four first-place votes in the poll, voted on by a media panel. Western Kentucky was picked to win the conference. Five Flames were also named to the conference preseason players to watch list, including wide receiver Noah Frith, offensive lineman X'Xauvea Gadlin, defensive tackle Kendy Charles, safety Quinton Reese and kicker Nick Brown. Gadlin and Reese are joining head coach Jamey Chadwell in Dallas this week for Conference USA Media Day, scheduled for tomorrow at Globe Life Field.
The Liberty Flames Sports Network will be live on location at Media Day. You can watch a Facebook live show Tuesday morning at 10:30 Eastern on the Liberty Flames football official account. Guests include Coach Chadwell and CUSA Commissioner Judy McLeod.
