Flames baseball is in Las Cruces, New Mexico this weekend as Liberty takes on New Mexico State in a three-game Conference USA series. Game one is tonight at 8 p.m. Eastern. Right-hander Cole Hertzler will be looking for his fourth win when he takes the mound for the Flames. Airtime tonight is 7:30 and you can hear it on www.LibertyFlames.com and the Flames mobile app.
Flames softball begins a three-game CUSA series tonight in Lynchburg when Liberty hosts Western Kentucky. Game one is at 6 p.m. The Flames and Hilltoppers sit atop the Conference USA standings at one and two respectively. The weekend series is on ESPN+.
On to men's tennis – No. 45 ranked Liberty visits 39th ranked VCU today at two o'clock. The Flames are looking for their seventh straight win. And the Lady Flames tennis team continues Conference USA play today when Liberty visits Middle Tennessee. That match begins at five Eastern. The Lady Flames have won four straight.
