• The No. 15 Liberty Flames host the Stetson Hatters for their first ASUN three-game home series at Worthington Field at Liberty Baseball Stadium, this weekend. The Flames went 12-0 at home in conference play during the regular season, last year.
• Liberty dropped to 9-2 at home, losing to Wake Forest at Worthington Field at Liberty Baseball Stadium on Tuesday. The Flames have played 52 consecutive home games without losing back-to-back games at the facility.

- C Gray Betts has had two or more hits in three of his last six games. The catcher is tied for second on the Flames with seven multi-hit games.
- 1B Logan Mathieu hit his first home run of the season in Tuesday against Wake Forest. The senior now has hit 27 career home runs, seventh most in program history.
- 2B Cameron Foster went 4-for-5 in Liberty's 7-5 victory over North Florida on Sunday. He becomes the first Flame this season with four hits in a contest. The freshman has hit .316 with four RBI and five runs scored.
- SS Jake Lazzaro posted the first three-hit game of his Liberty career on Tuesday. It was his second multi-hit game of the season.
- 3B Stephen Hill hit . 538 with six RBI and three runs scored at North Florida, last weekend. He hit his first three home runs of the season in the series, connecting for his first home run of the year in the first game of a doubleheader and belting two in the second game of the doubleheader.
- LF Three Hillier gave Liberty a 5-4 lead with a two-run home run in the fifth inning of its win over North Florida on Sunday. The home run was his second of the season.
- CF Derek Orndorff had two hits, including his 11th home run, Tuesday against Wake Forest. Orndorff now has five multi-hit games on the year. He leads the Flames in batting average (.328), home runs (11), runs scored (25), on base percentage (.534), slugging percentage (.885), total bases (54) and stolen bases (7).
- RF Aaron Anderson has reached base safely in each of the last 18 games, the longest streak by a Flame this season. He enters the weekend leading the Liberty in hits (24) and in muti-hit games (8).
- DH Brady Gulakowski enters weekend leading Liberty with 23 RBI. The senior has driven in 13 runs over his last 10 games. During the span eight of Gulakowski's 11 hits have been for extra bases (six doubles and two home runs.
- SP Trey Gibson has allowed two runs or less in each of his last four outings. The right-hander has a 2.16 ERA over the span, allowing four runs over 16 2/3 innings. He enters the weekend third in the ASUN by averaging 12.66 strikeouts per nine innings.
- RP Left-hander Mason Fluharty continued his strong start to the season, recording the win at North Florida on Sunday. The sophomore pitched 3 1/3 innings of relief, striking out a career-high six. In 15 2/3 innings and nine appearances, he has yet to walk a batter.
