Game On Feature: Track & Field's Versens

The 2014-15 Liberty men's and women's track & field teams feature five sets of siblings. Game On recently featured brother and sister, Ryan and Megan Versen.
After earning multiple NAIA All-America honors during his three years at Cornerstone University, Ryan Versen transferred to Liberty for his final year. He has made an immediate impact for the Flames, as he placed third in the 400-meter dash and anchored the Liberty 4 x 400 relay squad to victory at the 2015 Big South Indoor Track & Field Championships.
Megan Versen is a sophomore on the Liberty women's track & field squad, specializing in the 800-meter run. Versen, whose personal-best time is 2:20.90, placed 12th in the 800 prelims at the 2015 Big South indoor meet.
The other four sets of Liberty track & field siblings include Rebecca and Zach Davis, Abigail and Kate Flower, Caleb and Chandler Fraley and Jocelyn and Lewis Williams.
Liberty will open the 2015 outdoor track & field season Friday and Saturday at the Coastal Carolina Invitational in Myrtle Beach, S.C.
