From the media tribune overlooking the home straightaway at historic Hayward Field in Eugene, Ore., LibertyFlames.com will provide live blog coverage of all four days of the 2010 NCAA Division I Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
The culmination of another very successful season of Liberty track & field has arrived. Four Flames (Sam Chelanga, Elliot Galeone, Evans Kigen and Clarence Powell) will square off against the best competition the NCAA has to offer over the next four days.
Powell will get things started today at 4 p.m. our time (7 p.m. in Lynchburg), when he competes in the men's triple jump. Kigen will then take the track at 6:15 Eugene time (9:15 in Lynchburg), trying to earn a berth in Friday's men's steeplechase final.
